Curry leaves are carefully selected, washed and cut and, dehydrated, using sterile machinery, in our facility and at third party facility of selected farmers, so that the product is fresh from the farm, till its processed and packed. They can also be added to chutneys and salads, chopped finely or left whole. Curry leaves are a rich source of vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C, vitamin B2, calcium, and iron, apart from a heavy distinctive odour and pungent taste.
